It's been a while since I've just picked up my sketch book and did some random drawing. It felt pretty nice. I was looking through Richard Scary's book "I am a Bunny" last night and it inspired me to draw some bunnies. Something I don't draw very often. The little rabbit has some paint, but I stopped after him because I just wanted them to be sketches. I've been drawing digitally a lot lately and realized how much I miss the feel of pencil on paper. I know a lot of us artists out there feel the same way about pencil sketching, so I know it will never be replaced!

adorable sketches, Joy! Yes, pencil and paper just has a looseness and flow they you can never quite get digitally. You still got the pencil moves :) I love these bunny characters. The heads are just adorable....as I said above.

AWWWWWW these little guys are and gal are sooooo cute! I could just eat them up! How adorable! They have such personality! I love the sketch process. This is really something special. ADORABLE bunnies! Mr. Scarry would be beaming right now. :) I know what you mean about the feel of real pencil and paper. I often relish the loose sketchy look. It's like capturing a dream before it fades.
