Adrift


So, I pushed myself a bit this time. Believe it or not, as far as backgrounds go, this was one I spent time on. Usually I like to just focus on the characters. I'm going to try and do more backgrounds in my illustrations from now on. Thanks for any comments!

Really charming, in that classic '50s children's book sort of way. Reminds me of Seiden, Miller, and Blair. Great job - and yes, definitely do those gorgeous backgrounds! :^)
